Urban Kitchen has a Type 47 liquor license with a Type 58 Caterer’s Permit, therefore permitting us to serve and sell alcoholic beverages at any location in San Diego County.
Urban Kitchen is fully insured, carrying $1,000,000 in general liability and $1,000,000 in liquor liability. We offer Worker’s Compensation for all our employees.

Prices are guaranteed 90 days prior to your event and subject to
8.75% sales tax and 20% service fee.

Food, beverage, staff, service and rentals are all subject to
sales tax.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your event. The remaining
50% of the contract price will be due 48 hours prior to the day of
your event.

Any additional fees will be billed post-event and due within 10
days of invoice.

All prices are listed with a 3% cash discount.

A confirmed guest count is required 10 days prior to your event.

Menus are always subject to change without notice due to
product availability.
Staff …
Labor is either based on an hourly rate and includes travel time or a set fee per person, per event.
Labor costs are itemized in all contracts. These charges are ESTIMATES ONLY. Any labor that exceeds the estimated total will be included in a final invoice.
Most staff will arrive on location two hours preceding your event and depart approximately one hour after, unless otherwise stated.
